Build a new site with us and the first 12 months are included — hosting then continues at $49/month. Larger sites, online stores and custom applications are quoted after a quick look at your setup. Ask for a quote.

What “support” actually means

How quickly do you respond?

Email and phone enquiries are answered within one business day, usually sooner. If your site is down we treat it as urgent and start work as soon as we know.

What counts as a small change?

Text edits, swapping an image, updating your opening hours or prices, adding a staff member — the jobs that take a few minutes. New pages, new features and design changes are quoted before we start, so there are never surprise invoices.

When can I reach you?

Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST. Uptime is monitored around the clock.

Can you host a site you didn’t build?

Usually, yes. We’ll look at your current setup and tell you honestly whether moving it makes sense. Migrations are planned so visitors don’t see downtime, and we handle the domain and email side too.

Am I locked in?

No. There’s no minimum term, and your content and domain are always yours. If you ever decide to leave, we help you move.
